Keri is Conscience’s Director of Operations. Her expertise is in enabling cutting-edge science with operational excellence.
Beginning in the early days of the Human Genome Project, she worked at the Broad Institute of Harvard and MIT with an international consortium to apply high-throughput approaches to genome sequencing and analysis in an open science environment. She went on to hold various roles in scientific operations in both academia and industry, including serving as Assistant Director at the Broad Institute and as Global Head of Operations at the Novartis Institutes for BioMedical Research – both in Cambridge, Massachusetts. She holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA in biology from Wellesley College.
In 2019 she moved with her family to Nova Scotia, where she now enjoys caring for her garden, horse and chickens in her spare time.
