Taking place immediately after the Conscience Symposium on Open Drug Discovery in Montreal, The AIRCHECK Workshop is a two-day event focused on advancing AI-driven drug discovery by bridging experimental data generation with cutting-edge computational technologies. Developed by the Structural Genomics Consortium and the University Health Network, AIRCHECK (Artificial Intelligence-Ready CHEmiCal Knowledge base) is an open data platform, hosted on Google Cloud. It provides large, well-annotated chemical datasets on protein-small molecule binding interactions to support AI-based hit discovery.
This workshop will bring together global leaders in machine learning, AI, and cheminformatics. The program features expert-led lectures from academia and industry, showcasing computational approaches to identify potential drug candidates. Participants will gain hands-on experience with AIRCHECK datasets during a Hackathon, accessing high-quality data prior to its public release.
Attendees will also connect with MAINFRAME, an international network of machine learning scientists and computational chemists dedicated to advancing pre-competitive drug discovery. With limited spaces available, this workshop provides a rare opportunity to collaborate with experts, explore AIRCHECK’s transformative potential, and help shape the future of AI in drug discovery.
