Camisha Rahmatian

Program Operations, CACHE

Camisha is Conscience’s Program Operations Manager for the CACHE Competitions.

Camisha holds a B.A. in Psychology from McGill University, and a BASc. in Public Health from Toronto Metropolitan University (formerly Ryerson University), all inspired by her passion for public, accessible and holistic healthcare. With this educational background, she began her work in project management for healthcare centred non-profit organizations.

After her two undergraduate degrees, Camisha pursued a Master of Management at the University of Calgary, in hopes of further developing her operational and business skills that would contribute to her project management background. During her master’s degree, her major project consisted of redesigning the pricing strategy for the Centre for Sexuality in Calgary, AB.

Camisha brings healthcare, project management and business management experience combined with her ability to effectively organize and manage projects and programs, to facilitate Conscience’s yearly CACHE Symposium and transform the space for researchers, partners, industry and media to collaborate on what’s next for open science.

While Camisha has lived in all four major cities in Canada, she currently calls Calgary, Alberta home. She can often be found trying new restaurants or on weekend trips to Banff.
