Vishan is head of strategy and business development at Conscience, driving the growth of its open science drug discovery programs and strategic partnerships in alignment with the company’s mission.
Before joining Conscience, Vishan was Senior Manager, Commercialization at CCRM, a public-private partnership advancing the commercialization of cell and gene therapies. In this role, he led strategic planning, commercial positioning, and company formation activities. Earlier in his career, he served as a Business Development Officer at the SickKids Industry Partnerships & Commercialization Office (IP&C), where he oversaw IP diligence, partnerships, and licensing strategies that accelerated the translation of cutting-edge research into clinical and commercial outcomes.
Vishan holds an M.Sc. in Neuroimmunology from the University of Toronto and an MBA in Entrepreneurship and Venture development from the Ted Rogers School of Management. He is passionate about empowering innovators and organizations to unlock the full potential of their discoveries.
